Honestly I would recommend Olga for anyone interested in getting a colonic. I have had one in the past and it wasn’t very informative, plus I truly don’t think it was done correctly anyways. That is nothing like the experience you get with Olga. She makes sure you are comfortable not only physically but mentally, she walks you through the process and explains the science behind the procedure. It can be really embarrassing trying to talk about gastric issues and pain but she makes it very easy to be open. I am truly glad I met and trusted her because after my second session, I can say my general bloating and wellness (physical +mental) overall feels drastically different than just a week ago. Olga is seriously the sweetest woman! She is so knowledgeable about gut health & guides you through the process. The procedure is very gentle (besides a few cramp like symptoms) & you have full privacy. I noticed instant relief during the session & if you want you can watch/see everything that comes out.
